Vase with Palm Fronds

This striking piece shows a spray of vibrant green textured palm fronds displayed in a black vase. The opalescent black glass in the vase is iridized, or coated with a soft rainbow of colors, a clear textured royal purple band circles the shoulder of the vase with an oval ivory glass cabachon jewel gracing the center of the band. The rim is a clear rippled glass in aqua. The vase and the leaves are well defined against the clear textured glass (not easily visible in this picture) of the background. This piece measures 16 ½” X 9 ½”. It has hanging hooks on the top corners and will come to you with a monofilament hanger. If you choose to hang it from chain, any hardware store or home center will carry an appropriate gauge for the look you want.

Garden Leaves

This lovely piece would be right at home in your window, in a sidelight, or in the garden. It is a simple flowing design of green textured leaves and colored glass gems winding through a frosty textured background. This would look beautiful hanging from a wooden or wrought iron post in the garden. Normal rainy or breezy days will not harm it but it should be brought inside during severe weather conditions.
